Limitations and Service Definitions

• No one piece contained in a consignment can weigh more than 135kg for a 2-Man service.
• No one piece contained in a consignment can weigh more than 200kg for a 3-Person service.
• If an elevator is unavailable, we will only delivery up to 5 flights of stairs if a single product is under 120KG
• Any single product weighing over 150KG will be delivered to a ground floor location, if an elevator is available and is safe to do so we will endeavor to delivery into the customer chosen area
