We do not currently accept PayPal, American Express, or buy-now-pay-later schemes.
2. When Payment Is Taken
- All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Your order will only be processed once payment has cleared in our account.
- Bank transfers may take longer to process; please allow additional time before dispatch.
3. Pricing & VAT
- All prices on our website are shown exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
- VAT will be added at the checkout at the applicable UK rate.
- Quotations provided by our sales team are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Credit Terms
- CaterEq does not offer credit accounts.
- All sales are on a payment-upfront basis.
- Bulk order discounts may be available on request, but no trade credit facilities are currently offered.
5. Security & Fraud Prevention
- For security purposes, we may carry out credit or security checks before accepting an order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified.
- CaterEq is PCI DSS compliant, and all card transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
6. Failed or Rejected Payments
- If a payment fails or is declined by your bank, the order will not be processed until a valid payment is received.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment details are correct at checkout.
