These ingredient bins of 10 and 48 litres capacity is the perfect addition to restaurant, bakery, cafeteria, and catering kitchens! By designating the scoop to one bin, you can help to avoid any cross contamination that may occur when using the same scoop for multiple ingredients. Having the scoop in one designated area also reduces the risk of cross contact between the food and food container.
