Crafted from brushed stainless steel (SS201) and featuring four polished black crystal glass plates (280 × 280 mm each), the unit combines sleek aesthetics with durability. The digital sensor touch controls provide intuitive operation, complete with temperature and power adjustment, timer control, and a child lock for safety.

Supported by heavy-duty stainless steel legs, the CECX140A stands securely on countertops, ensuring proper ventilation and easy cleaning access. Dual heavy-gauge copper cables enable stable hardwired installation for maximum efficiency and reliability in demanding commercial kitchens.
